<br />DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />T, SUITE 20 HILO, HAWAI`I 96720 <br />TELEPHONE (808) 961-8050 FAX (808) 961-8657 <br />October 26, 2017 <br />Press Release <br />Department of Water Supply offers <br />TWO (2) new ways to pay your water bill & NO FEES. <br />Starting immediately, the County of Department of Water Supply is excited to offer <br />two (2) new ways to pay your water bill WITHOUT transaction fees. <br />Customers may pay online or by phone using a debit / credit card or by e-check: <br />1. Visit us online at www.hawaiidws.org <br />2. Call toll free (844) 216-1994. <br />Payments will be reflected in your account after your transaction has been accepted. <br />Customers are invited to take advantage of these new, fast, simple and secure payment <br />options completely free of charge. <br />$500 limit per transaction for credit and debit card payments. <br />$10,000 limit per transaction for e-check payments (US financial institutions only). <br />Returned payments will be subject to fees. <br />Customers may still pay their bills by mail or in person. <br />For additional information, please contact the Department of Water Supply, Customer <br />Service Branch at (808) 961-8060. <br /> <br />The Department of Water Supply is an Equal Opportunity provider and employer. <br />
