Visit us online at www.hawaiidws.org <br />2. Call toll free (844) 216-1994. <br />Payments will be reflected in your account after your transaction has been accepted. <br />Customers are invited to take advantage of these new, fast, simple and secure payment <br />options completely free of charge. <br />$500 limit per transaction for credit and debit card payments. <br />$10,000 limit per transaction for e-check payments (US financial institutions only). <br />Returned payments will be subject to fees. <br />Customers may still pay their bills by mail or in person. <br />For additional information, please contact the Department of Water Supply, Customer <br />Service Branch at (808) 961-8060. <br /> <br />The Department of Water Supply is an Equal Opportunity provider and employer. <br />
