Department of Water Supply offers
TWO (2) new ways to pay your water bill & NO FEES.
Starting immediately, the County of Department of Water Supply is excited to offer
two (2) new ways to pay your water bill WITHOUT transaction fees.
Customers may pay online or by phone using a debit / credit card or by e-check:
1. Visit us online at www.hawaiidws.org
2. Call toll free (844) 216-1994.
Payments will be reflected in your account after your transaction has been accepted.
Customers are invited to take advantage of these new, fast, simple and secure payment
options completely free of charge.
$500 limit per transaction for credit and debit card payments.
$10,000 limit per transaction for e-check payments (US financial institutions only).
Returned payments will be subject to fees.
Customers may still pay their bills by mail or in person.
