To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the <br />meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the <br />discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the <br />September 12, 2017 meeting. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Public Access, Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation Commission (POMC) <br />Presentation: PONC Commissioner Rene Siracusa will provide the Action Committee <br />information pertaining to new deadlines for submitting parcel nominations for <br />preservation and protection. <br />2. Mass Transit Master Plan Presentation: Cheryl Soon of SSFM International will update the <br />Action Committee on the status of the Mass Transit Master Plan.
