NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Site visit for January. As public attendance to the visit of the Kealakehe Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant next month would be dangerous to the health and safety of the <br />public and impracticable, it is recommended that the Commission approve a limited <br />meeting for the site visit portion of next month's meeting pursuant to Hawai`i <br />Revised Statutes § 92-3.1(a)(1). <br />b. Review, discuss and act on a letter requested by County Council Member Karen Eoff <br />for policy recommendations on water reuse and conservation. <br />c. Brief presentation by Vice Chair Bennett on disinfection technology and terminology <br />consistency recommendation. <br />d. Proposed bill to amend Hawaii County Code Chapter 20, relating to fee schedule <br />e. Election of 2018 Commission Chair and Vice Chair <br />f.
