3-2-D-4 of the Liquor Commission’s Rules and Regulations, submitted on
October 26, 2017, approved by Director Gerald Takase on November 17, 2017.

Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i; dba NOMNOM (Kamehameha), located at

HRS, as amended, requests approval to the proposed merger of HIE Retail, LLC,

of request to extend hours of business on December 31, 2017, submitted on
November 20, 2017, approved by Director Gerald Takase on November 20,

13. Manny’s Kitchen LLC, dba Manny’s Kitchen, pursuant to Rule 4-2-M of the
Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor
Control of the County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, requests permission to extend
