PLACE: West Hawai‘i Civic Center, nd Planning Department Conference Room –Building E, 2 Floor 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i, 96740 DATE: January 09, 2018 TIME: 5:15 PM AGENDA CALL TO ORDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the Meeting of December 05, 2017 and December 19, 2017 STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS NEW BUSINESS 1. The applicant, Kurt Klimt, architect for Hawai‘i Gas Kona, is proposing an addition of a new vestibule and a new entry door to the bathroom, under the existing roof of the existing metal building located at the intersection of Kaiwi Street and Kuakini Highway. Paint colors for the new construction are to match the existing metal structure and roof colors.
