NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION
ISSUED SEPTEMBER 6, 2017

January 9, 2018, downgrading the North Kona Water Restriction to Voluntary
Conservation, the Emergency Proclamation issued on September 6, 2017 is hereby
