Dear Ms. Jamoralin:
I’m writing to thank you most sincerely for your visit to my office this week, and to
deeply apologize for missing your courtesy call as I was called away to an emergency
preparedness meeting.
Thank you very much for the lovely Certificate of Appreciation and hand-painted
picture frame.
Please know how important our relationship is with the Consulate General of the
Republic of the Philippines. We deeply appreciate all that you do for the welfare of
Filipinos on our Island, as well as Filipino-Americans who live here.
I want to heartily assure you of our continued support for your Consular Outreach
activities, which help so many people here in Hawai'i County. We will surely cooperate
fully with your successor, Ambassador Joselito A. Jimeno.
Thank you again for your devoted service during your posting in Hawai'i, and we
