Thank you very much for sharing with me a copy of your 2013-2017 Community
Report, which I received on January 26, 2018.
I want you to know how much my administration values the outreach that The
Queen's Health Systems undertakes for a wide cross-section of our community. So
many of our Hawai'i Island residents have received life-saving care at Queen's Medical
Center; we are truly grateful that you are there for us.
We appreciate your support of our County's initiatives to ensure quality health
care, most especially our efforts to train young physicians who will commit to practicing
on our Island. We look forward to sustained collaboration with Queen's Health
