William V. Brilhante, Jr. is Appointed County’s New Human Resources Director
The County of Hawai'i’s Merit Appeals Board met on Wednesday to appoint
William V. Brilhante, Jr. as the County’s new Director of Human Resources.
Brilhante’s appointment is effective March 1.
He has served as the Acting Director of Human Resources since October 1, 2017. He
joined Human Resources as Deputy Director in November 16, 2016. Prior to joining
Human Resources, Brilhante was a Deputy Corporation Counsel with the County.
