To Whom it May Concern,
I’m very concerned about proposed language in KCDP that changes “shall” and “wills” to “may” in
concurrency and other proposed sections.
The county needs to prevent unsupported growth rather than provide the means for less oversight on this
important issue. This proposed language change would negatively impact our community as quality of life
challenges will continue to grow with development.
