Dear Ms. Russell:
Thank you very much for your letter of February 12, 2018, requesting airfare,
accommodations and meals for a trip to Hawai'i Island for you and your relatives to
scatter the ashes of Mr. Ralph Forrest Russell.
We would like to express our condolences for Mr. Russell's passing 14 years
ago.
However, we cannot accommodate your request, and we are unaware of any
organization that handles similar travel requests regarding deceased World War II
veterans.
