Dear Mr. Suzuki:
I'm writing to strongly recommend that you fully support the Domestic Violence
Awareness Committee's grant for their project to provide direct services for victims of
domestic violence. At present, there are minimal services for victims.
Research has clearly shown that services for these victims significantly reduce
long-term damage to both physical and mental health. The victims as well as their
families benefit from these services.
Please support the Domestic Violence Awareness Committee's grant request, so
that services can be provided to these victims.
County of Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.
