ACTION COMMITTEE REPORT:
Report on new applicants and membership, sign issue and other topics from last AC meeting.
PLANNING DEPARTMENT APPLICATIONS:
SUB 18-001778 — County failed to notify AC of this application. Again we resubmit our request that all
Subdivision Applications be forwarded to the AC and this Group.
2018 WORK PLAN DISCUSSION — Implement a Community Design Guideline to address Signage
Issues to serve as a mechanism for the Action Committee and the Community to be part of the
application process for signs.
The Growth Management Subcommittee meets the first Monday of each month from 6-7pm at
the Old Judiciary Building in Kapa'au. Everyone is welcome.

Discussed importance of preparing for the County review of the NK CDP.
PLANNING DEPARTMENT APPLICATIONS:
No Applications. Reviewed Land Use Summary Report.
Discussed a potential SMA for Subdivision — Kohala Shoreline, EA approval currently pending
Also discussed L. Gloor inquiry regarding review of State/County Road mauka of Kynnersley.
