Join the Chili Cook -off at the March 16th
"Celebrate Us" event.
So what do I have to do?
Bring your best chili in a slow cooker, hot and ready to serve. It
can be meatless, spicy, or have a surprise
ingredient!!
Entrants must bring their chili to Bldg. G before the 5:00 tast-
ing begins.
Please bring your own serving utensils and
extension cords to keep the chili warm.
If there are condiments that will set your chili apart, please
bring those as well. Rice will be provided.
Email your ingredients in advance to Clinton Baybayan to
help avoid any food allergies.
How the tasting will work?
Have your best chili ready for tasting by 5:00 p.m.
Each guest will sample the entries then rate their favorite
entries on a ballot. After the sampling, go back and get a bowl
of your favorite!
The cook of each chili pot will be kept secret !!!!
The chili with the most points WINS!!!
