At the end Of the Nov 7'11, rneefing of the KVDC, we, the cornnnissioners, received a subrnitta� packet foir
the Nov. 21" meeOng, for the proposed Niurnah) Nlarket Piace, adjacent to LarlihaU roarket Place and
Henry Street.

My concern is with the proposed flat roof knes, ,Arhich do not adhere to the Design GtAdehrres,
WhHe the applicant has proposed a nurnber of interesting feature elernents adjacent to the bukUngs,
the sharp line of the flat roof areas to rne, dominates the overall rnassing of the proect.
As an Architect, N m)uld suggest that a re-subrrrittaY of the project be SLWPE"Ared, to the apphcant,
encouraging a roof line mii'fth wOLJId complernent and conforr-ri to the Design Guidelines and assist in
kceeping as local feeHng for the project,
