Chairman Dahlberg called the meeting to order and the Commissioners <br />introduced themselves. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Minutes of the Meetings of December 5, 2017, and December 19, 2017 <br /> <br />Chairman Dahlberg asked if there were any corrections to the minutes of the December 5, 2017, <br />meeting. No corrections were offered, and the minutes were approved as circulated. The minutes <br />of the December 19, 2017, meeting were not available and the Commission postponed approval <br />until the next meeting. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />There was no one from the public in attendance. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. The applicant, Kurt Klimt, architect for Hawai‘i Gas Kona, is proposing an addition of a <br />new vestibule and a new entry door to the bathroom, under the existing roof of the <br />existing metal building located at the intersection of Kaiwi Street and Kuakini Highway. <br />Paint colors for the new construction are to match the existing metal structure and roof <br />colors. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
