To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the January 9, 2018 meeting. BUSINESS: 1. The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) Update on the Wao Kele o Puna Comprehensive Management Plan: Land Management Specialist, Kalena Blakemore will update the AC on the implementation status of the Wao Kele o Puna Comprehensive Management Plan. 2.
