I support S,B 29,72, SDi 2, HD 1 - As SB 2972,, SD 2, HD1 1 sitates,, Banyani Drive is underuitilized and in disrepair. It is, the center of tourism in East Hawaii, but it is a Jewel that is quite tarnished at the piresent time,., Hawai'i Cou,nty has taken the first, steps toward revitaliz, ing, the Banyan Drive peninisula. The administration, Council, colmm, u nI and Big Island legislators have found common purpose;, the redevelopment area has been defined- and a conceptual master plan has been created as a sta, rtinig point. Now fuiinds are needed to, conduct t,ht environmental impact statements necessary to complete the redevelopment plan and move forward,. 0 Ill, 40 V oil, A", 4W A i Am County of Hawai'i is an Equal ( , )pportunity Provider and Emplove1% Ak Ar 0 elm 0 Ab 0 Aft Mb AM All 0 Ak 0 S Alb► Ab Ab Alk Ab Alk Ab SIO Am 0 Am Ah I AM Ak IMP Alk Ob Aft Ked es F,-%ctfull'%Y-- submitted, ' / Harry, m Mayor, Countv, of Hawaii Y COL111tNr ot'l-laNvai'l is an L'qUal Opportunity Provider and 1",niployer.
