Since 1 strongly believe in accommodating traditional and customary rights of Native Hawaiians, as set forth in our State Constitution, lam happy to do so. 1 realize that the deadline for hearing a concurrent resolution has long passed, but if a hearing could be held on HR 1531 lam sure that the community would be appreciative. Thank you for your consideration. Respectfully sub ted, Harry Kim Mayor, County of Hawaii County of I lawai'i k an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.
