Communication No. 17-09.01, received on January 31, 2018, from County
requesting a continuance of the hearing currently scheduled for March 21,
2018. (Note: At its meeting held on January 10, 2018, the Merit Appeals
Board granted the County's request for a continuance with no objection
from the Appellant.); and
