Please be informed that per Flawai'l Revised Statutes §227D-2 (3) I hereby designate a
representative ofthe County of Flawaii Department of Research and Development to serve in
my place on the Natural Energy Laboratory Hawaii Authority (NELHA) Board of Directors, as
an ex officio voting member.
This action shall remain in effect unless rescinded or Mayor arry Kim's elected terrn
has ended.
