NEW BUSINESS
1. The applicant, Dennis Bartlett, is proposing to construct eight (8) – two-story dormitory
buildings, with a light color scheme, referred to as Village 5, at the campus of the
University of the Nations Kona Inc., located on a parcel that is situated between Hualalai
Road and Kuakini Highway, in Kailua-Kona, HI.

soon as possible, but no later than five working days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for
accommodations. “Other reasonable modification” refers to communication methods or
devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically challenged.
