Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS'') 92-3.5, the
Hawaii County Department of Parks & Recreation will be conducting this meeting via
videoconference. If the audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period
of time, the meeting will be terminated. Veterans Advisory Committee Members will be present
at the following locations:
Puna Conference Room, Hawaii County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room
1501
(Members Marcia Brinkley, Michael Doolittle, Debra Lewis, Isaac Nahakuelua, George
Sheridan, Emile Wery and Dale Wilson will be participating from the Puna Conference
Room.)
Kona Mayor's Office, West Hawai'i Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway,
Building B (Members Carolle Brulee-VVilson, Antonio Gaspar, and Minoru Hanato will
be participating from the Kona Mayor's Office.)

NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS
If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of
becoming a lobbyist. {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code}
A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends
more than fice hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting
to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to
communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawai'i County Code}
