Committee members are to assemble at 345 Kekūanāo‘a St, Suite 41, in Hilo. This limited
meeting will recess during transit between locations and reconvene at the front of each site.
This limited meeting is closed to the public pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes Chapter 92-3.
This limited meeting is for the purpose of gaining an understanding of the County’s various
Department of Environmental Management facilities and how each operates, and it is limited to
the Committee members and necessary County staff.
This limited meeting was approved by 2/3 vote by the Committee at its May 9, 2018, regular
meeting. Minutes of the limited meeting will be subsequently available to the public.

a. The next limited meeting is scheduled for July 11, 2018, in West Hawai‘i at the

b. The next regular meeting is scheduled for August 8, 2018, in Hilo at the Aging
and Disability Resource Center at 1055 Kino‘ole Street, Suite 101, ADRC
