Summer Fun will be held at the following locations June 12 thru July 20, 2018 and will consist of a spectrum of arts & crafts projects, indoor/outdoor games, sports, music, dance, nature exploration, swimming, special events and excursions.  Andrews Gym, 8am-4:30pm, (100 youth)  Honoka‘a Gym, 8am-3pm, (60 youth)  Kamehameha Park Complex, 8am-3pm, (60 youth)  Kawananakoa Gym, 8am-3pm, (100 youth)  Ka‘u District Gym, 8am-2pm, (40 youth)  Kea‘au Middle School, 8am-3pm, (80 youth)  Kekuaokalani Gym, 8am-2pm, (80 youth)  Mountain View Gym, 8am-2pm, (40 youth)  Na‘alehu Community Center, 8am-2pm, (40 youth)  Pa‘aulio Gym, 8am-3pm, (60 youth)  Pahoa Elementary site (relocated from Pahoa park) , 8am-3pm, (100 youth) o Youth that are currently at the emergency evacuation shelters have been offered free summer fun enrollment at the Pahoa Elementary site.  Panaewa Park, 8am-3pm, (80 youth)  Papa‘ikou Gym, 8am-3pm, (60 youth)  Pi‘ihonua Gym, 8am-3pm, (80 youth)  Waiakea Uka Gym, 8am-4:30pm (120 youth)  Waikoloa Park, 8am-3pm, (80 youth)  Waimea District Park, 8am-3pm, (80 youth)  Wainaku Gym, 8am-3pm, (60 youth)  Yano Hall, 8am-2pm, (60 youth) County of Hawai‘i is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. In addition to the Summer Fun Program, the following summer programs will also be held: 2018 Teen Scene Program. A “life skills” program specially designed for teenagers. Activities include cooking, arts & crafts, leadership activities, career exploration, sports, and excursions.  Pu‘ueo Community Center, 8am-3pm (60 teens) Tennis, Pickleball and Volleyball Camps for youths offering the perfect combination of learning and fun in order to promote a healthy and active lifestyle! Programs are designed as an action-packed fitness program that will include speed and quickness circuits, plyometric intervals, strength and conditioning and more.
