PROCLAMATION <br />The following individual is no longer a candidate for Hawaii <br />Councilmember District 5: JEN RUGGLES. <br /> <br />Given that the ballots have been printed, notice of these events shall be <br />prominently posted at the appropriate polling places on election day an in <br />conjunction with absentee voting. <br /> <br />Votes cast for this individual shall not be counted toward the office of <br />Hawaii Councilmember District 5. for which ,the contest in question is being held. <br /> <br />DONE at the Office of the County Clerk in Hilo, <br />Hawaii, this 22nd day of June, 2018. <br /> <br />STEWART MAEDA <br />County Clerk <br />
