Hawai'i Police Commission Meeting Agenda July 20, 2018 Page 2 (CLOSED SESSION) EXECUTIVE SESSION The commission anticipates meeting in executive session to consider charges against officers or employees of the Hawaii Police Department and to work on the semi-annual evaluation of the police chief where matters affecting privacy will be involved, to consider sensitive matters relating to public safety, and may consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2) (4) (6) and the Hawaii County Charter Section 13-20 (b). STATUS REPORT OF REFERRED AND INTERNAL COMPLAINTS WORK ON POLICE CHIEF PAUL FERREIRA'S SEMIANNUAL EVALUATION (OPEN SESSION) ANNOUNCEMENTS The Police Commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for August 24, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. in the Aupuni Center Conference Room, 101 Pauahi St., Hilo, Hawai'i.
