CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 12 <br />HAWAII REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />BE IT ENACTED BY TJ -IE PEOPLE OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />Section 1. Section 16-10 of the Hawaii County Charter is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />"Section 16-10. Hawaii Redevelopment Agency. [The status of the Hawaii <br />redevelopment agency shall not be affected by this charter.] The Hawaii redevelopment <br />agency shall be abolished. and its powers, functions, rules and regulations transferred to <br />the planning director, on January 1, 2001." <br />Section 2.
