Balog <br />And no members of the public in attendance. <br />th <br />RAY: I’ll call the meeting to order. The Special Meeting, Wednesday, April 14 of the Charter <br />Commission is now called to order. Let the minutes reflect that all members are in attendance now other <br />than Mr. Balog and Mr. Kurozawa, and we expect both to be here shortly. <br />The minutes, we did not have prepared prior to this meeting, so how -? <br />HERKES: We didn’t? <br />RAY: Well, we didn’t have them prepared for distribution prior to the meeting. <br />HERKES: The taped minutes. <br />RAY: The taped minutes. <br />HERKES: The minutes that I took were faxed to everybody. <br />RAY: Right. <br />HERKES: And mailed. <br />RAY: But I think we -. <br />HERKES: We had some minutes. <br />RAY: Okay. Well, I think we’ve decided -. <br />HERKES: I’m not going to do all that work for nothing, John.
