As a citizen of the Big Island, I am requesting that the 2%
Land Fund, voted for by the people of this island, be
reinstated.
I ask that this money be removed from access by the county
council as the majority of them seem to ignore the voice of
the people on this topic. We voted for it by a 63%
majority.
You are our last resort to have public lands preserved
which is currently being eyed by special interests for
their own personal gain.
The trend of greed having the last word has to be silenced
whenever possible.
