I have been a Hawaii resident for thirty years and have watched "special places" slip
away. I would much rather see 2% go into a land fund, rather than 1/2 a percent. I
thought we voted on this, already - and the majority of voters, islandwide, approved it.
The will of the voters should not be subverted.
