Please please reinstate the 2% Land Fund. I firmly believe changing the percentage for
a charter amendment to 1/2 percent is ignoring what people voted for. Make the charter
amendment 2% for the Land Fund and let the people again decide.
On a personal note, I just had to deal with a second recurrence of breast cancer and it just
reinforced what is important to me. Once these lands are gone, that is that, no second
chance. Think of the future, not short term!
