We the FERN ACRES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS located in
Mountain View in upper Puna represent 2000 home and lot owners.
We want to go on record urging the Hawai'i County Charter Commission to up hold our
previous vote on the 2% Land Fund ordinance as outlined in the Hawai'i County Code.
We want to see the 2% Land Fund question put to a vote in the up coming election.
Please listen to the voters. We made our position clear before now we want the issue to become
part of our County Charter if the voters will it.
Please do not make any change to the percentage to be set aside for the land fund.
We humbly ask for an oppourtunity again for the voters to decide on the 2% Land Fund.
