Re: Council Approved Deadline Extension
Chair Haitsuka and Members of the Hawai‘i County Charter Commission,
This communication is to inform the commission that on February 3, 2010, the
county council approved the commission’s request for an extension of the deadline to file
its report. So now, the commission must submit its report to the county council by April
13, 2010. This affects the timetable originally presented to this commission during the
start of its term. Attached is an amended timetable which indicates important deadlines
for this commission and its work.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact
me.
