PUT THE 2% LAND FUND ON THE BALLOT and let the VOTERS DECIDE!
Keep the fund at 2% and show us you respect the majority of citizens of this
island. For once, please respect what the voters of the island want, not what
Billy Kenoi and "his East-side majority" county council wants.
