Commissioners,
Please reinstate the 2% Land Fund for the purpose of acquiring new lands. Voters decided this
in the past, and it is unclear to me how, without further input from the public, this fund's intent
and capacity were diminished. The actions of a few individuals in temporary positions of power
seem to have made a mockery of our voting system. Please put this to right.
