2% LAND FUND
As a former Commissioner on the Land Fund Commission I am outraged at the raiding and
slashing of the overwhelming public authorizaton of this funding! The will of the majority of
registered voters has been blatently and callously overridden on the whim of our shortsighted
current administration. I openly challenge the Charter Commission to justify their override of
this publically authorized and supported mandate. We will challenge this!
