Re:CA 1 DWS proposal.While the question is posed correctly,the
explanation used on the power point version is incorrect.It states that the
Director of Public Works does not have to be a licensed engineer –this is
not correct.
Change is to correct the title from Chief Engineer to Director of Public
Works –has nothing to do with qualifications.
Just thought I would bring it to your attention.I will be in Waikoloa on
Friday –won’t be able to attend the meeting.
