HAITSUKA: I'll call this meeting to order. This is the first session of the 2009 -2010 <br />Hawaii County Charter Commission. It is now 1:34 p.m. It is March 13th, 2009 and we are at <br />the County Council Room at the Ben Franklin Building in Hilo.
