FUERTES: Good afternoon. Today is April 9, 2010, and the time is <br />approximately 1:36 p.m. I would like to call this regular meeting of the Hawaii County <br />Charter Commission to order. We are in the Council Chambers of the Hawaii County <br />Council, located at 25 Aupuni Street in Hilo.
