CHR. HAITSUKA: Today is September 19, 2009, we are at the North Hawai‘i Education
and Research Center in Honoka‘a. We are here for a Public Hearing for the Hawai‘i County
Charter Commission.

CHR. HAITSUKA: Do we have anyone here from the public to testify? We do not have any
members here from the public to testify. We will adjourn the meeting. Right now it is
approximately 1:05 p.m.
