5. Nonpartisan election of prosecuting attorney.
6. Art. XI: Discussion and possible action on alternatives for
clear ballot language; ratify language change for period
that signatures are valid.
7 . Art. XIV: Discussion and possible action on Board of
• Ethics, including confidentiality andstandards of conduct.
8 . §5-16 : Clarify "temporary disability" and "acting mayor"
provisions.
9 . Proposal that all nine-member boards and commissions follow
council districts if single-member districts pass.
10 . Tax Board of Review.
11. County employees' eligibility for elected office.
12 . Discussion of Charter ballot language and public education;
plan for future work.
