Call to order. 2 . Roll call. 3 . Approve minutes of 4/30/90, 5/14/90, 6/1/90, and 6/22/90 meetings. 4. Public testimony on agenda items. 5. Nonpartisan election of prosecuting attorney. 6. Approval of language for council majority voting. 7 . Art. XI: Discussion and possible action on alternatives for clear ballot language; ratify language change for period that signatures are valid. 8. Art. XIV: Discussion and possible action on Board of Ethics, including confidentiality and standards of conduct. 9. §5-1. 6 and §13-1 (f) : Clarify "temporary disability" and "acting mayor" provisions. 10. Proposal that all nine-member boards and commissions follow council districts if single-member districts pass. 11. Tax Board of Review. 12 . County employees' eligibility for elected office. 13 .
