1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3 . Review/approve 7/11/90 minutes.
4. Review Art. X: (financial procedures) including timetables.
5. Term of office of county council .
6. Approve language for recall (signatures valid if registered
when. clerk begins count) .
7. Approve language on no special elections for vacancies after
primary filing deadline.
8 . Ballot issues:
a) final selection of issues to be submitted to voters on
November ballot from issues already approved by
Commission;
b) Ballot design, including numbers of questions and
joining of ballot issues;
c) Language of ballot questions ;
d) Language of explanatory materials.
9. Voter education.
10. Discuss whether this may be final meeting of Charter
Commission.
11. Adjournment.
