III Public Hearing
September 30 , 1989
I . CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairman Greenwell called the meeting to order at
approximately 10: 00 a.m. at the Aspen Institute at
Punalu'u, HI .
II. ROLL CALL

III . PUBLIC HEARING:
A. Ms . Dolores McMann wanted to know what this public 1
hearing concerned. Greenwell/Cushnie: Explained it
concerned Charter changes : Items that might be made
clearer or more readable, changes in district lines
for example; and changes will be voted on in the
1990 election.
.
B. Ms. McMann said she had a friend who wanted to
testify but did not learn of the meeting until too
late. Greenwell : Suggested she could testify at
any of the following meetings if she wished.
IV. ADJOURNMENT:
Upon motion made by Ms. Cushnie and seconded by Mr.
L'Orange, the meeting was adjourned at 10: 10 a.m.
