Dear Mr. Sakata :
Further to our letter of January 12, we now understand
that certain specific information is now available about
the activities and plans of the Charter Com. Lission. Therefore
we request that we be furnished the following :

1. ) A copy of the tentaive meetings plan and the
subjects that will /e discussed at each.
'2. ) A copy of the rules of procedure adopted by
the Commission.
3. ) On a regular basis copies of the approved minutes
of the Commission meetings.
With the above in hand we feel we will be better able to
assist the \Commission in its very important responsibilities.
