1979 CHARTER COMMISSION

Pursuant to Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised
Statutes, as amended, the 1979 Charter Com-
mission of the County of Hawaii; will hold a public.
hearing commencing at 3:30 p.m.', on Tuesday,,
March 27, 1979, in.the County Council Room, 25
Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii, for the purpose of
considering and adopting proposed Rules, of.
Procedure for the said-Charter Commission, in-:
cluding, but not limited to, rules as to how the
public may participate in any amendment or
changes to the Charter of the County of Hawaii.
All•interested persons are invited to attend and:
state their viewsorally.or in writing, regarding'
any item in the proposed Rules of Procedure.
Copies of the proposed Rules of Procedure are
available at the Office of the County Clerk„25
