Dear Mr. Sakata;
For your discussion and records this is the language
that the, Hawaii County Committee of the Democratic Part of
Hawaii recommends as replacement to the present charter
section 13-)-.(f) :
"A majority of the appointees to each board and
commission shall be members in good standing of the political
party for which the largest number of votes were cast in
the primary election preceding their appointment . "
