FRANK H. SAYRE, D.D.S.
July 6, 1979
Dear Whomever:
I was shocked to see that such a total disregard for
public opinion and fair-play continues to be the
"order of the day" for the County Charter Commission.
If Hilo continues to commit political suicide with its
obvious disregard of West Hawaii's growth in population
and representation demands, the day will come when ,the
"shoe is on the other foot":
An intelligent decision would be one that is fair to
all. The days are over when Kona will allow Hilo to
push through legislation that favors only Hilo..
Please reconsider the reapportionment plan, and allow
Kona and Hilo a "peaceful coexistence". We only want
what is fair;
Sincerely,
//(4' 0741
COMM. NO. Z..
KUAKINI PROFESSIONAL PLAZA KAILUA-KONA, HAWAII 96740 TELEPHONE 329-2288
